Returning the products
After purchasing our products, you (the consumer) have the option to terminate the agreement within 30 days. This period starts on the day you receive the product.
During this period you must handle the product and the packaging carefully. You may unpack it and thereby test the suitability of the product, but the product must remain salable as new. You will then return the product with all accessories (and if possible) in the original packaging to us (WasteBoards), in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions from us.

Specific:
Complete Skateboards must be in the original condition in which they were sent to you. Wheels are therefore clean (not driven and no scratches). Trucks may not have been changed. Decks may not have been gripped or changed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter by post or e-mail).
Return costs
If the right of withdrawal is executed, you will not pay more than just the cost of returning the product to us.
The full amount paid by you will be reimbursed by us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after the receipt (and approval) of the return shipment.
The reimbursement is in most cases via a transfer to your bank account, only in the case of a Credit Card / PayPal payment this will be refunded directly to the Credit Card or PayPal account.
